Dr. 科琳哈斯 received her doctorate in ethnomusicology from Indiana University and is part of the core faculty in the African and African American Studies program in the 历史 部门 at 澳门合法赌场官网. Though trained in Western percussion, she has devoted over 20 years of study of West African and Brazilian percussion traditions with master teachers in the U.S. 和国外. Colleen also works as a professional musician and is a master teacher for the Smithsonian World Music Pedagogy Certification Programs around the U.S.
